Hauling the flea

I'm fairly new, but so far have been able to Google answers to my questions, but I have the contract to haul the flea booster , I've made a ship which can get me to the speed and altitude required, and I have an unfired flea so I can shoot it when everything is green, the problem is however, no matter what I do, the box never checks for HAVING the flea, even if I go into the Fab and stick 20 on it, it never checks, I've tried all the colors, it just never checks the box for having the part.   I'm on Xbox by the way, so I can't alt f12 or anything like that, any ideas?
