When i boot up the game post 1.8 im stuck on loading

It just says "Loading asset bundle definitions" is it related to the dlcs, I have them both installed and its referring to them how do I fix this?

What are your computer specifications?
Log?

Do you have KSP on steam? Windows? Linux? Mac?

In fact I believe it's a probleme with Not having enough cpu, Something is taking so much of it up but I dont know what
