KSP stuck at initializing at a speicific point (janitors closet)

ksp stuck at : janitorscloset/textures/38_bluebright-block 

found out after restarting ksp multiple times

the mod was updated and reinstalled 3 times still no effect

KSP versions:1.8.1.2694

mods installed , the KSC-AVC was publishing library , could not get the list

Janitor's Closet is not necessarily the culprit here. Some of your mods use a texture file format which KSP 1.8 does not support anymore:

You will need updates for (at least) AirplanePlus, BDArmory and InterstellarFuelSwitch. Check your mods for compatibility with 1.8.

of course i have updated all possibilityes manually using avc-plugin but i will update these too

well still the same issue instead is stucks at textures/palm-block

this time i inspected the log and i found out a loop of this:

WRN 13:47:08.086] Texture resolution is not valid for compression: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Kerbal Space Program\GameData\JanitorsCloset\Textures\38_green-black.png' - consider changing the image's width and height to enable compression
[LOG 13:47:08.086] Load(Texture): JanitorsCloset/Textures/38_greenbright-black
any ideas ?

Well, that by itself does not mean anything. I get that warning in my save all the time. Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling it?

Im getting the same issue. I uninstalled Janitors Closet and it worked fine.  If its another mod causing the conflict, it doesnt happen when Janitors Closet is removed.

yes i tried 3 times and issue doesn't go way

i uninstalled janitorts closet too but i got stuck at the end of initializing details:
