I Want A Type Of Contract In The Game That Is Point A To Point B In Kerbin Can I Customize A Contract Or Dowload A Mod?

I do believe that there is a mod that allows to fairly easily create your own customized contracts. But I don't know which one it is exactly. (Because except for KAC I don't really use mods.)

So if nobody else helps you out here, then I'd suggest to browse through the Add-on Releases forums (probably with the help of the search function), and / or ask in the Add-on Discussions subforum.

I believe that there is a mod, which uses Contract Configurator and is linked on that page, which is called something like Giving Aircraft a Purpose. That might be what you're looking for.

You might wanna give a shot at Contract Configurator. There you can writ contract pack and I suppose, you can have your shuttling kerbals around contract one. GAP is a contract pack you might wanna gave a shot at, it's about aircraft and carry kerbals around.
