Add "wings level" option for SAS

SAS works fine for pointing the right way, but doesn't do much for roll (other than stabilizing it).

For rockets roll doesn't really matter, but for planes it does, and I often find myself busy finetuning the roll so that my wings are nice and level. While SAS could do that as well. So my suggestion: add an option for prograde and wings level, and/or for stabilize pitch, while nulling yaw and roll (useful if you want to keep pitch up a few degress).

Oh...  I thought this was going to be something like a maintain neutral VSI feature request for sustained atmospheric flight.  Which I do think would be quite useful.

However, not sure I've run into the need so much for what was described.  The SAS already does a decent job of holding a set pitch on reentry.  ...and roll stabilization seems fine to me too?

although you can do this with mods,

is has a boatload of other features, but I mainly use it for stetting pitch and roll to a set number.
