I wish I could apply for this - but the lack of:
"A minimum of 5 years of experience in community management and social media."

probably means no chance of getting hired. How firm is that, if someone meets every single other criteria?

Never believe minimum job requirements. Better yet, reframe something similar that you have done- like club participation...

HA guys thanks, just saw this.  But a couple problems with this, 1) I disdain social media, and 2) I'm nowhere near Seattle.    Although... with the right offer, my views on both might change.
