Need help with KSP cheats

I need Cheats help but cant make a topic cuz there is no "cheats help" place, please tell me when do i post when i need help

On Windows, all the cheats are in the Debug Menu, which you access with Alt+F12.

I know how to bring up the cheats menu, im just having a hard time getting used to it.
