Yeah im sure something wrong with the fairing because when i separating stage 2 the fairing always deployed at the same time and sometimes makes my rocket goes boom

If you’d like an actual launchpad then you can find LC-36 in Tundra Space Center! If you mean the strongback, not atm hehe...

color variants based on the original 2016 design

you can also see that the tank has the 4 bits popping out of the side, is shorter, and only has the single BE-4U rather than the two BE-3Us

Also, with The Blue Moon Update, Would You Consider Adding Parts For The ILV as the Only other Mod with an ILV is EBD, and the Models aren’t the best, combined with the fact that it requires RO.

I would Be Extremely Grateful if You even considered Adding it.

You need to go into the KK Menu and place down the pad

Beause you need Tundra Space Center and all his dependencies (Kerbal Konstructs e.g.)

The static is  called TSC 36, if you have the latest version of

 (Not Tundra Exploration)

you should have it. Install all dependencies, open CTRL+K in flight of landed, select 'TLC_36' from statics list, plop it down somewhere.

For the position to make sense, get 

and build  a new VAB/HIF and crawlerway as well.

Then you need to launch from somewhere in the space center (LZ-1 would be nice), press CTRL+K, do some rearrangement of the crawlerway leading up to TLC-41 to add a split section, select TLC-36 from the New Statics list, then plop it down where you want. 

These should tell you how to place and edit statics.
