very long recovery times

for some reason it takes more than 40 minutes in loading screen to recover any vessel , this is by far the most annoying thing for such a long time to do a simple task

nope and it took even more than the initializng time , also the save this happened is brand new and only 4 landed kerbals presented in the save , no other orbiting stuff (apart from 2 debris)

i also have 70 mods

i have to mention that it took me additional 50 minutes to just revert a flight

No it was you you listed them here.

They also told you what we'd need to help you there.

But the short of it is, KSP doesn't take that long for anybody else so the problem is not with KSP in general but with your install of it. Therefore while with good information we may be able to help, the problem can only be solved by you.
