(1.11.x) Weimaraner's Sci-Fi VE Config Tweaks

Some config tweaks that I have made for @panzer1b's amazing mod, Sci-Fi VE. Works on 1.11.x with  EVE Redux. DOES NOT Require the original Sci-FI VE.

Does this require Scatterer? Scatterer taxes my system pretty hard, so it'd be nice if I could use this without letting my performance suffer.

It does not, the original Sci-Fi Visual Enhancements was meant for higher performance.

Actually I have to use scatterer because it got a fix for the stock shadow flickering issue in KSP.

It does not provide configs for it, but it should work fine.

I wish there was something like this available for OPM as well. That would make the whole extended system have that cool sci-fi visual style.

This is amazing. One thing I noticed is that when I add Scatterer to this, the atmosphere becomes very thick and soupy. Any ideas as to the cause?

It's probably because there are atmospheres included in the mod and I have not yet made a patch to disable them when Scatterer is installed. For now you can delete the "ScifiVisualEnchancements_Atmospheres" folder.
