What Happens: Gets the error code - Unity2019.2.2f1_ab112815d860 when i press the play button

Mods / Add-Ons: none, its a new install

Steps to Replicate: when ever i press play

While it's good that you've included the player.log, you need to enable access to it! I got an access denied error.

Try verifying the game file integrity; if that doesn't work, reinstall the game from scratch (if you have save games, copy them somewhere else first!)

I did get the game to open finally but i had to go back to version 1.7.3. as what some other post said worked for some. version 1.8 had the same issue as 1.9. 

also i thought i had the link viewable but it should be good now

The game seems to have issues with initializing your GPU.

The first two things that come to my mind are first to update the graphics drivers to the latest version, and if that doesn't help, to try to run the game using OpenGL 4.5, OpenGL 4.3, or Vulkan ("-force-glcore", "-force-glcore43" or "-force-vulkan" command line parameters).
