Getting airspeed data

How to I get airspeed, as opposed to surface speed, data so that I know when my plane is going to stall?  Is there a way to do this in stock KSP?

Mind you, there is no wind in ksp, so airspeed is surface speed.

But you can find some useful information in the aeroGUI, to turn it on go to the debug menu in Physics/Aero. And you may also find some useful information in mods like KER and MechJeb.

True stalling is not modeled in KSP, unless you are using some mod like FAR.
