Presumably you are supposed to only stage with the spacebar.

But this seems straightforward enough if you do a serially-staged rocket and simply construct it in the right order. Capsule, chute, decoupler, tank, engine, decoupler, tank, engine, decoupler, tank, engine.

So, I have an SSTA... kinda feels like that breaks this challenge. So maybe a "No ISRU" rule?
