How to create custom EVA suits for 1.10?

Well, I managed to do everything Just Jim said, right up until adding the .cfg file to the config folder. Can’t figure out how to add the .cfg file to config. Maybe if I copy a .cfg from something else and paste it it’d work. After I delete files in said.cfg of course

Save the cfg as <file name>.cfg
