I guess by copying the content of the "GameData" folder into the GameData/ directory of your KSP installation. I.e. so that you have a path like:
".../path/to/your/Kerbal Space Program/GameData/Launchers Pack/"

Then you can copy the *.craft files into the "Ships/VAB/" subdirectory of your safe-game and load these craft in the VAB.
