I can't undock my ship

at first I clicked on "undock" and the option disappeared without doing anything. restart the game and it remains the same.
How can I solve this problem??

I've encountered the problem, the way I solved this was by using whack a kerbal at very close range at the the craft's docking port, it will separate them but at the cost of not being able to dock again, you might want to send a replacement.

This one bothers me as much as any of the bugs in the game...I would have thought it would have been fixed by now, since this has been happening (according the posts in the forums) for at least 7 or 8 years. Still happening, on 1.10.1.
