Unify the settings menus

KSP has 3 different settings menus, one for the main menu, one for the space center, and one for flight, each with its own exclusive options. For example, you can only edit navball scale in flight, only edit terrain detail in the main menu, etc. Having them all unified into a single menu would be really nice.

The problem with this is some settings are save specific, such as difficulty settings.  While I agree some items could be consolidated, I don't think there would be enough to get rid of all but one.

I know you're making a joke, but with some of the arduino mods for KSP, making a pip-boy controller for KSP would possibly fall into the "almost trivial" category.

Not like OP wasn't referring to the difficulty settings.
