Non-moderator-approved posts appearing on notifications

So while browsing the fora, I noticed that somebody had posted in the SLS-Orion thread.  I go to the thread only to find no post.  Strange.  A while later, I go back to the same thread, and the post appeared.  The poster had under 5 posts at the time of posting, so I'm think that there's some fora bug that shows that "Somebody commented on ABC" before moderator approval.  @Vanamonde @Gargamel @Deddly have any of you guys noticed this?

Just noticed a related problem: the preview for who has the latest post in a thread also shows non-moderator-approved posts appearing.
