Unknown Object Orbital Parameters

I can look at the save file

There is another way to find it other than JustEyaballingIt^TM?

I assume it's an asteroid of some type? I would think you could name it something funny, mark it as "being tracked", and then look in the Tracking Station.

Just select it on the map in the tracking station then track it. Requires level 3 tracking station (only applies in career mode) but you can then rename it and see its orbit to rendezvous.

I know about the draw line. Unfortunately, the numbers are what I'm looking for.

There no way in game to obtain the orbital elements of a celestial body.  All you can is take a snapshot in time and get the altitude and velocity.
