Sea launch pad?

Is there a mod out or a mod being made that adds in a fully featured ocean launch site? Using kerbal konstructs & something similar to what SpaceX wants to do for their starship project.

Well, A Sea Launchpad.. You have to make one  on your own, its pretty easy.

But this mod just adds a launchpad for boats or submarines:

Will at least you can do a sea dragon attempt. Ferrying the rocket out to sea.

yeah, i can put the sea dragon in the port or spawn, then the boat will send the sea dragon to the ocean.
