black artifacts in the mun surface

they look like these but even bigger.

Are you near the poles? That's the only place I've seen glitches like that.

no, I was over the equator, anyway they was random big and small flickering black areas.
I can't reproduce the issue anymore until now. I've changed some graphics setting and restarted the game.
but I also recently had some troubles with amd adrenalin drivers and that stupid windows autoupdate.
with adrenalin 20.42 "widows update" automatically update it with amd 27.20 that cause error with the interface.
so I tried to update to adrenalin 20.91, but this one cause a very long notebook reboot.
to figure out how to solve this, I've read tons of articles, comments, whatever wasting hours just to discover the software wushowhide.diagcab
that let me individually hide the windows updates I want. a pain.
I'm now running adrenalin 20.42, I don't think is the problem cause but I've been toying a lot with windows restore points, updates, downgrades, new bios and stuffs.

Known, game breaking bug, please upvote it, hopefully they fix it.

You can download Scatterer if you are ok using a mod to fix it.

I am sorry but this has been posted so many times,  its a bug that occurs everywhere, in every planet....in stock game without mods.
