Does somebody here now how to make mods for ksp? I think this the appropried place to ask for the idea i have.

It really isn't,   but I have moved your question the correct place to ask such questions, the Add-On discussion sub-forum.   If you would choose to elaborate on the idea, perhaps somebody will be able to help.
