I know this isnt exactly a rocket, but I have a wip megaship lol

it is 300m long, 100m wide, and about 40m tall, and i currently have no idea how to or if it is even possible to launch this gargantuan ship, even when empty.

You want a Kerbal rocket? Simple- take one already sanity-defyingly large rocket and add MOAR BOOSTERS! I give you the Supermassive Black Hole- a mind-bogglingly large rocket designed to take a thousand tons and put it in orbit of JNSQ's Kerbin (orbital velocity 3.8km/s, which is higher than stock Kerbin's escape velocity!).

Total cost? 2.4 million funds. 7.5m first stage core and second stage, eight 5m LF boosters and no less than 24 Clydesdale SRBs, but it weighs eleven kilotons on the launchpad so the TWR is about 1.25 off the pad. Frame rate off the pad is 2.5, eek...

Not Kerbal enough for you, eh? How about this for a SRB separation system!

To put it simply: SRBs go boom, LFBs are unharmed. Until the fairing opened and the thousand tons of ore inside suddenly decided to disassemble itself; amazingly none of it damaged the rocket, but the launch was scrubbed.
