No tripulation Bug

When i make a rocket sometimes it says that there is no control even though i have available tripulation and a capsule.

I don't know what a tripulation is.

Post a pic of your ship in trouble, with all the gui elements up and we an probably help you.

tripulacion is crew. If you have crew in a capsule, and it still has no control, then you probably ran out of electricity. Many things use electricity, and to make more you probably need solar panels. Or, if you just need a little bit more then you may only need one or two batteries.

This may be obvious, but also make sure at least one of your crew is a pilot.  Scientists and engineers can't control a spacecraft.

Yes they can. They just can't create maneuver nodes.

In career mode, at level zero, engineers and scientists cannot activate SAS. It’s possible this is the situation our new-to-KSP OP is in

That's true. SAS is something that only pilots and probe cores can do in career mode, ever.
