Eve redux with ckan

I saw Eve redux in other forum and i want to install it but i use ckan and ckan already auto install original eve (dependency of AVP), so can i just uninstall eve from the ksp folder and replace it with eve redux without breaking ckan

Yes.  You need to keep your default EVE configs though (in your case AVP). 

Just remove the EVE folder from GameData and replace it with the EVE Redux  version
