How to make links to specific posts

Sorry for the vague title, I don't know what it's actually called. How do we create this?

You mean links to specific posts?

Right-click on the time the post was made (eg, Posted 2 hours ago) and click 'Copy link address'. Then, in your post, click 'Insert link', paste the link into the URL field, write whatever you want in the link text field and hit 'Insert into post'.

Well, heck, I didn't even know that one.   I've been using the share button, which is now buried.    Thanks @RealKerbal3x!
