KSP 1.11.0 Bug

In the editor and flying a craft the camera spins uncontrollably. I tried switching the camera but it kept spinning.  I tried closing and opening the game but that didn't change anything. I don't know what else to do. Anyone else have this problem?

This might be an obvious thing to check you already tried but ... do you have a controller plugged in and maybe during the upgrade did the game lose the nullzone settings for it (so it now thinks an analog stick is always slightly offcenter and that's making it rotate the camera?)
