Missing Raidernick parts

I'm new to the forums and this is my first post here and it seems like whatever I do doesn't fix my problem. that problem being not having two engines from Raidernick's Soviet Rockets mod. these engines being the "rn.proton.rd0212" and the "rn,proton.rd253". I've searched for solutions but I've found nothing, and i was wondering if anyone knows why this is happening.

I'm playing on version 1.8.1 if that helps

Look at the log file, it should give a hint as to why the parts didn't load (possibly a wrong DDS texture variant). Or upload the log to a sharing site and link to it here.
Did you install it manually and the newest version including dependencies? It appears that you'd need additional mods for it to work:

ive looked at the log files many times and i don't see anything saying why it doesn't load, i installed it manually and got all the additional mods.
