New build, looking for mods

Just bought a new computer (5900x, 6800xt, 64gb ram) and I want to get a new build of KSP up and running.

Usually I play RO+RSS+RP1 but I've done that to the bone, want something different this time.

I've never tried any other planet packs, are there good ones compatible with 1.11?

I want as many graphical mods as possible to really push the envelope on the new system. I've been away from KSP for a bit, so I'm completely out of the loop.

Ideally I'd like big planets, the stock sizes bores me to tears. I've done a x20 once through Resize! and it was a lot of fun. Highest mountain was nearly 40,000m, lol.

Any recommendations are appreciated.

Ideally:

1) Planet pack compatible with 1.11

2) Graphical mods compatible with 1.11

3) Large planets, 2.5x or larger

JNSQ should work on 1.11 (doesn’t say so in op but dug around in the thread and people say that it works) has the same stock planets, but also adds new ones with all planets being 2.5x right out of the box.

For interstellar with JNSQ you can use this

 Note: you need to download GEP_Rescale (directions in op) in order for the 2.5x rescale.

As for graphics I just use EVE and scatterer (I run ksp on a laptop)

Great! Glad I could help. I have never actually played JNSQ myself but it looks like a good planet pack.

JNSQ is great. It makes good use of Scatterer and EVE for visuals. I'm using KSP 1.10.1 but I think that combo works with 1.11.1.

You might want to give TUFX a try for further visuals, and drop a note in that mod's thread if there are 1.11.1 issues.
