Muffled sound effects in vacuum?

Is there any mod that muffles sound effects when in vacuum? Many realistic space movies and games have this, but Kerbal doesn't.

This mod does just that and it is really cool! I use it myself and It has options to muffle the rockets more if you still think they're to loud.
