Achievement Issues

I'm having problems with 2 achievements:

 

'Let me Play Among the Stars' - I have reached an orbit of over 100,000 - orbiting fine. Satellite is in orbit, even extended the aerial and transmitted data.... nothing unlocks. I tried this in sandbox with the bottom rocket / option as this has a Satellite built into it. 

'Zero Gravity' - Reached orbit - Kerbal open the hatch etc = performed EVA ... nothing unlocks. Tried this in career mode.

The tricky thing about this achievement is that the vessel probably has to be classified by the game as a Probe, as opposed to a Ship or Relay or other type. Look for the option on the probe core part action window to Rename Vessel. There you can reclassify it to a Probe which should trigger the achievement.

This should trigger as soon as you go EVA.

Are other achievements unlocking for you? These two will have many more opportunities to be triggered as you play, so I wouldn't worry about them too much.

I know all advancements are disabled in a save file with cheats opened. And I only have this problem with Dres.
