Is there a list of all the kerbal names that can be generated in the game?

No, since they are generated.

There was a name generator website a while ago. But i think it has long since gone off line. I did manage to teach Excel to generate kerbal names based on some information some where in the forums. If you rummage around you should be able to find something though.

If you just want to generate some Kerbal names, you can use the Kerbal generator in the cheats menu to generate the names at random (escape > click on version information, or press alt+F12, then click Kerbals at the bottom of the list).

I found  information of how kerbal names were generated before the introduction of female kerbals, but nothing since

While that is something I didn't know, I was looking for a way to find out all possible names of kerbals and how they are generated, not just to use as a random name generator
