Toward which direction/heading does Eve rotate: 90 degrees or 270 degrees?

You might be thinking of Venus.  Venus rotates backwards, and conventionally we consider 'north' there to point roughly the same way as Earth's north.  So the sun rises in the West on Venus. We just say Venus has a negative rotation speed  so we can use familiar direction. 

RSS has Venus rotate backwards as well, so you would want heading 270° if you are one of the very few people able to attempt a return from Venus in RSS.

For Eve, heading 90° helps, a little.
