manually entering thrust limiter value

i had to reinstall KSP on my computer, but it appears i changed a setting. in my old game i was able to right-click on the thrust limiter and manually enter the desired level of thrust instead of using the slider bar to control the thrust limiter. for the life of me i can't remember how i did that, and it's driving me nuts trying to use the slider - i found it much easier to click on the thrust limiter and type in the number i wanted.  does anyone know how to change this setting?

There should be a # icon in the top right of the settings tab where you can type in values. This came on Xbox in patch 7, and I am loving it!
