Laythe Pronunciation?

I saw a 2015 post about this but i'm wondering if perhaps stuff changed between now and then.

so... how do you pronounce Laythe?

I pronounce it as Lay-thee, as it sounds more alien and exotic, but I have heard youtubers say "Lathe", and most of the people from the 2015 post did so too. so, how do you pronounce it?

I don't think that's the right pronunciation, but you do you.

(Also, it's Myoon not Muhn, because we're not sociopaths.)

I mean, yeah I guess it depends on what language your speaking.    Drehbank just doesn’t seem to fit, does it?

But, in English, if I was to try teach somebody how to pronounce Lathe correctly, I would write it out LAY-THE.   I just don’t see how the moon could be pronounced any other way.

Edit:     Oh I see what you did there.  :D

LAY-THE

ð or θ ?

Is -e pronounced?

leiθ vs leiðe

P.S.
As in Russian there are no both
ð or θ, I pronounce it basically /leit/, but with lisping like English θ

I use as many syllables as possible- "Lay-ah-yuh-tuh-huh-eeeee"!

Hey, which phonetic symbol is the hard "th" and which is the soft "th"? In all seriousness I pronounce it with a soft -th.
