Maybe make a nuclear lightbulb engine with about 1500 ISP, TWR would be higher too, however, it absolutely excrementsS heat, which means you NEED radiators on any ship using it

I like that and it makes sense to me. More power more heat is produced and not all of it can be used as thrust.
