Are texture revamps for console too?

I'm planning missions to the Joolian system, and I thought a nice bonus would be the texture revamps. But I don't want to get my hopes up if the revamps aren't for console

I believe the answer to this is no, but it’s well worth going regardless.

I just got back from my first visit to the Joolian system on the PS4 and I don’t regret it, new textures or not (although try it in an SSTO if you enjoy having a bugger of a time getting there and back)...
