Hiw to I delite Texure replacer?

I cant find its file anywhere. Can some one help?

I checked that when I deleted all my mods but for some reason its still here.

So Texture Replacer is still working in-game even after you deleted it from GameData? That's weird.

Not uncommon in Steam. Check this thread for an explanation as to why this happens and how you can fix it.
