Olympus Station! A 230 part, 200 ton Station to LKO

Launch 1: Deliver the main body of the station to LKO

Attempts

Spoiler

Attempt 1: The side booster fell off mid-flight. It took 20 minutes, but the entire craft was destroyed.

Attempt 2: Tipped over too aggressively

Attempt 3: Boosters detached prematurely. Same fate as attempt 1.

Attempt 4, 5, 6: 2/8 main engines lost during booster separation. Gradual loss of control.

Attempt 7: Loss of 1/8 main engines. Unfavorable, but mission can continue. Second stage preformed nominally, Olympus is now in a 120 km orbit.

Nvm the game crashed upon 2nd stage reentry

Launch 2: Send temporary crew

Done, Although the TWR of the first stage  was that of a sounding rocket, shooting right off the launch pad
Launch 3: dock ore tanks and ISRU to the station.

Done

Launch 4 and 5: Dock refueling tanks and send final crew

Shuttles suck. But, Part 1 is done. Part 2, yes

and i made my shuttle stable

It seems like you may want to use some sepatrons for your boosters:sticktongue:.

I used 2 Flea boosters to optimize part count just a bit more.
