Engine plates (or Thruster plates) - are they still in the sim?

KSP 1.11.2+Breaking Ground+Making History

Engine plates.  I haven't used them much, but I know that we used to have them.  I can't find them now - are they still in the sim?  If so, where in the VAB should I find them?

The Making History engine plates are found in the coupling category along with the decouplers and docking ports.

There are a few mods that will reorganize the part categories, so be aware of that.

Thank you, HvP.  I could not find those items in the coupling, or any other category.  I checked the validity of my KSP installation (using the Steam client) and found 200+ files needing update.  After fixing, I have the engine plates.
