[SOLVED]Looking for a mod I saw for engine limited ignitions, but can't find it again

Hi,

I'm pretty sure I recently a kinda new -ish mod, IIRC, that was about engine limited ignitions... This wasn't of course engine ignitor, nor kerbalism or real fuels...
From what I remember it was compatible for 1.9...
Any one got an idea ?

Test Flight? Test Lite? I think they're geared more towards Realism Overhaul but maybe they work with stock and stock-ish parts too?
