Mod problem

Hello
I installed some mods today and have a problem with the mod "Modular Launch Pads". When I want to launch a rocket, it always sticks to the launch pad and I can't get it off. I've already tried decouplers, but then I can't put my rocket on them.
On Youtube it works fine for everyone else, but for me I can't even get the rocket in the air.

Does anyone have any idea how the game starts faster because I always have to wait 5-10 minutes for the game to load.

Ways to make the game load faster:

• Use fewer mods, these directly increase loading times especially mods with a lot of parts or complex models/interiors, or mods that patch a lot of other mods/parts;
• Turn off frame rate caps and V-syncing, this makes the game load faster for some reason;

• Move your KSP to a faster storage device- an SSD is much faster than an HDD so if you have one, use it.
