Make A Plane! (doesnt have to be a real life concept) (Challenge Closed)

Challenge is closed.

New challenge:

 

The challenge is simple: Make an airplane or spaceplane that is at least capable of carrying 1 kerbal, and should only use jet engines. Both DLC's are allowed, and parts expansion mods are not allowed as usual. Post screenshots or videos of your plane.

Optional: post the craft file as well!

Mine: F-16 Fighter Jet (bombs not included)

I decided to build a lesser known jet fighter from the 1950's, the Vought F7U Cutlass. The aircraft has space for one pilot and uses the stock (and maybe some DLC) parts.

Apparently they can, I accidentally blew up the research and development facility during some testing.

If I really did the accident because I landed perfectly and hit the statue
I actually got off when it was about to explode but I don't know what Jeb did that stopped the plane when it crashed

Do rapiers in rocket mode still count as jets?

Nevermind. I added some whiplash engines, but i'm still working on making it transition from vertical to horizontal.

It's too unreliable, nevermind.

Use jet engines while in the atmosphere, you can use liquif fuel engines when u escape the atmosphere

That's ok, I don't think it was alive to begin with. As in, you didn't actually post a challenge - as defined for this forum.

I'll start us off with the plane that helped me get Thread of the Month for January 2020, Bill's Car.
