Need Help With the Waterfall Mod

So I have Waterfall, and discovered that a couple of engines (the LV-TX87 Bobcat and LV-T91 Cheetah s) don't have waterfall plumes. I am aware that I can modify their plumes, but the waterfall window says that I have to add the engine via config. I am COMPLETELY lost in the cfg files and would appreciate an idiot's step-by-step guide.
