Problem with target orientation at the MK 2 docking port

After upgrading to 1.12.1 I have problems with connecting aircraft to space stations. We have to dock completely manually because the choice of the active docking port MK2 is not correctly positioned relative to the target.

I sinned on mods, but I packed my game and installed a clean one from Steam, everything is also itself.

Yep, something wrong with it, it has been reported,

Seems to only affect the MK2 this time

Happens in vanilla too, mk2 docking port is broken

Docking port MK2 in the basic version of the game (clean install), this is not a mod. 

There you can clearly see that it is tilted 90 degrees. This can be corrected somewhere in the configurations so as not to wait until they fix it?
