I assume this is meant to be a joke. 

The clouds in the VAB are just a skybox texture. Outside of the VAB the stars are the skybox texture. You need a more complex system of textured mesh and volumetric clouds for KSP because you can go through the clouds and all the way into space seamlessly.

I was on my phone with my computer dead and I don’t have imgur installed, and now I’m in the same situation again

You don't need to install anything for Imgur. Just upload a screenshot to their site and copy the link they provide into your post.
