Ive tried a million different designs to make a stable rocket plane with wings that flies horizontally but every single one has absolutely no control at all, or extremely limited control. foamyesque Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 Don't use SAS modules for a rocket plane, you'll be fighting it every step of the way, and don't try for level flight; you want to keep your nose well above the horizon to avoid stalling out. Turn on precision controls and remember to watch your roll and bank your turns. Also, if you're sinking, don't panic; roll to put your winglets in the vertical plane, then yaw to pull out of it.
