Is there anyway to increase FPS?

I've a really bad laptop and the game runs mostly around 20 or even lower than that... I'm using the lowest graphics setting... Is there anyway to improve the performance?

Suposedly the Waterfall mod's mesh-based engine effects are more efficient than stock's particle-based ones. It probably won't triple your framerate or anything like that, but it's still an improvement of one factor among many:

The obvious answer is to get a new laptop.  Barring that:

• Make sure your graphics drivers are the most up-to-date
• Perhaps upgrading RAM is necessary?  I'm not sure what the capabilities of your current laptop are, or what it can handle
• Adjust the in-game settings for video
