Rssve is installed, but there seems to be no city light on the dark side

All necessary mods are installed correctly, but there is no city light on the dark side of rssve

What's the reason for this? Or is rssve not equipped with city lights？

Screenshots would be useful here. Are there no city lights in map view, in flight or even on the ground? Check that you’ve installed all your mods correctly and that your mod versions are appropriate for your version of KSP; or, even better, use CKAN to do it for you!
