Cant upgrade KSP steam past 1.10.1

Have KSP from steam 1.10.1, stopped playing for some time but decided to play some more. Download it and found it is bugger 
than ****.  Steam shows' new update but can not find a way to download or buy it, what. 

I can see   1.10.0,  1.10.1,  1.11.0,  1.11.1,  1.11.3 ,  1.12.0,  1.12.1,  1.12.2 and 1.12.3

looked all over and asked Help for info and got nothing.  SAD

• Uninstall KSP in Steam
• Rightclick KSP in Steam
• Select Properties
• Click the "Betas" tab
• Ensure that the dropdown menu is set to "none"
• Close the Properties window
• Install KSP again

If this does not give you the latest version, please contact Steam support about their client not working properly.
